Mark Johnson is a Research Associate at HTI Labs. In this capacity, he conducts impact-minded research in the domains of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Prior to HTI Labs, Mark worked as a Research Specialist with the state of West Virginia conducting policy-driving research concerning the state's criminal justice response to non-violent offenders throughout the state's ongoing opioid epidemic. Mark has an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Memphis and a B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
